At AX Soccer Tours we have a professional staff that has worked in every single facet of the professional soccer industry.

Whether it be consulting professional teams, playing for professional teams, representing players/coaches on professional teams, or designing workout programs for professional players/teams, we have done it all and at the highest levels possible.

Alex Grendi- Managing Director, played 4 years at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a unanimous First Team All Ivy selection. Alex was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2009 MLS Super Draft by the Columbus Crew. Alex and the Crew went on to win the 2009 Supporters Shield and the Eastern Conference Championship. Due to the limited options for players in the USA to get exposure to professional teams overseas, AX Soccer Tours has partnered with UK based agency PSC in order to create opportunities for players in the United States to gain International Exposure at the highest levels possible.

Paul Taylor- UK Partner,served the majority of the last 20 years as Director of Soccer at Walsall FC of the Championship and League One in England. He has been responsible for running all aspects of the club from its youth academy up to the first team. Paul has recruited a number of top international players and has achieved four league promotions with Walsall FC. Paul has been involved in professional soccer as a coach, manager, and player including spells with Sheffield Wednesday, Gillingham, Southport, Columbus Magic, and the LA Skyhawks. He has acted as a consultant to a number of professional clubs throughout the world. He is currently a consultant at Walsall FC.

Mark Taylor- UK Partner, possesses over 10 years experience working with professional clubs and players in Premier Leagues all over the world. Mark has a BA degree in Sports Management and is a FIFA licensed player agent as well as a UEFA licensed match agent. He has been responsible for assisting many players with playing opportunities in the English Premier League as well as other Premier Leagues around the world. Mark's time as an agent has enabled him to establish relationships with professional teams in top leagues all over the World.

Tom Taylor- UK Partner, has played professional soccer in England, Norway, and the United States. His playing career includes spells with English clubs Derby County, Walsall FC, Grimsby Town, Viking Stavanger in Norway, and the Portland Timbers in the United States. Tom is an FA licensed coach and he also holds a USSF B coaching license. Throughout his playing career he has worked with a number of top international coaches including former Liverpool FC manager Roy Hodgson. During the last few years Tom has assisted numerous American college and professional players with professional playing opportunities in the United States and Europe.

Dr. Michael Camp (DPT, CSCS, PES)- Michael is a highly accredited & recognized Physical Therapist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Michael rotated through several top Performance facilities, designing and implementing post surgical elite programs, rehabbing, and enhancing the performance of Professional Athletes in the MLS, MLB, NFL, NHL, UFC, NBA, Pro Golfers, Tennis Pros, Collegiate Stars, and Olympic hopefuls. Michael, also an author, contributes monthly to Muscle & Fitness, Men’s Fitness, and online at Muscle & Fitness.com discussing programs involved with Health, Fitness, and Injury Prevention.
